1. Full Survey, Design & Installation (Greater London)

Ideal for: Homeowners, architects, and builders working within a 10-mile radius of Central London (Charing Cross).

                     What’s included:

  • In-person laser survey of your opening or site
  • CAD drawings issued within 3–4 working days
  • Structural calculations included (if required)
  • Optional planning assistance (drawings for submission)
  • Fabrication in 4 weeks from approval
  • Installation by FENSA-registered team in a single day
  • Internal/external sealing, silicone, and clean finish
  • Waste and glass offcuts removed
  • 10-year warranty & FENSA certification


                     Timeline Summary:

  • Week 1: Deposit & site survey
  • Week 2: CAD drawings for approval
  • Weeks 3–6: Manufacture
  • Week 7+: Delivery and install

2. Supply-Only (Nationwide Delivery)

Ideal for: Contractors, developers, or confident self-installers across the UK.

                        What’s included:

  • Window unit(s) shipped on shrink-wrapped, reinforced pallet
  • Structural calcs and fixing drawings
  • All mechanical fixings, anchors, EPDM gaskets, sealing materials
  • Printable install manual + video walkthrough (QR code)
  • Remote support by phone or WhatsApp


Shipping Notes:

Standard delivery to kerbside or site (lift access required for units >200 kg)

Installation by your chosen builder (our support team on standby)

All components clearly labelled by step

Base Fixing Options

When choosing our factory-insulated cantilever base, installation is straightforward:

Anchored into a cast concrete cap using resin or mechanical anchors

Alternatively, engineering brick on the top course can be used where slab isn’t feasible

All fixings and embed plate diagrams are supplied
